Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and clearly mark the outside of the box with your assigned RMA number.
Ship the Item
Send your return package using a trackable shipping service to our fulfillment center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
